Credit Acceptance is seeking a Manager of Market Intelligence to lead the development of market and competitive insights that inform Sales strategy, business decisions, and growth opportunities. The role partners with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s understanding of the competitive landscape.

The role includes leading a Competitive Intelligence team, developing battlecards, and delivering executive briefings to influence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
At least five years in Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, or related fields.
Experience leading teams or large programs.
Strong research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex information into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead research and analysis of competitors, pricing, products, and partnerships.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting the business.
Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Provide insights to support sales strategy, planning, and growth initiatives.
Develop competitor profiles, battlecards, and differentiation materials.
Establish processes for gathering, validating, and sharing competitive intelligence.
Lead and coach Competitive Intelligence team members.
Deliver executive-level briefings and recommendations.
