Job summary

Karius is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Intelligence and Development to join our Marketing team in Redwood City. You will lead market research initiatives, shape go-to-market strategies for new products, and surface customer insights to influence product and commercial decisions.

Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, life sciences, or equivalent.
8+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in marketing/market research/strategy.
Proven ability to translate insights into business strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive market research plans for new product launches and expansions.
Oversee budgets, objectives, study design, vendors, data collection and analysis.
Develop presentations of insights and competitive landscape for leadership.
Support go-to-market strategies and pilot programs with customer insights.
Define KPIs for launch success and report progress pre- and post-launch.
Create commercial materials and sales enablement resources with Sales Enablement.
Forecast opportunities using market knowledge and KPI analyses.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging product innovations.
Share insights framework with stakeholders across the company.
