With 5+ years of hands-on research, you will mentor junior researchers, oversee project timelines, and maintain strong client relationships in a hybrid US-based role. The team values curiosity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on work experience, preferably with a supplier side organization.
• Questionnaire design, sample frame development, field management, analysis planning, data visualization and report writing.
• Incredible attention to detail and highly organized, with ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive in asking questions when needed.
• Enthusiasm for coaching & training junior researchers, and mentorship by senior colleagues.
• Innate ability to find the story in the numbers and to extract meaningful insights from data.
• Creative data visualization and reporting skills that impress colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manages all stages of the market research project cycle including design of questionnaires and discussion guides.
• Oversees data collection and ensures strict quality control.
• Identifies and writes up analytical findings; visualizes and reports findings.
• Prepares reports and elevates deliverables for clients.
• Works with marketing research software packages to deliver insights.
• Nurtures and develops strategic client relationships; mentors junior researchers.
