Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental science, or materials science.
• 5+ years in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Knowledge of environmental/materials science regulations and LC/GC/MS workflows.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% in the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Americas environmental and materials science business plan to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, regulations, and customer needs to shape regional strategy.
• Partner with marketing and sales to implement campaigns and demand generation.
• Collaborate with product management, ERA, TA, Wyatt, and regulatory teams.
• Lead Waters presence at industry conferences and customer events.
• Travel domestically and overseas as needed (about 25%).
