Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental science, or materials science.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and materials testing workflows (LC/GC/MS).
• Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas environmental and materials science business plan to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, regulations, customer needs, and competition.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to run regional campaigns and events.
• Identify growth opportunities and key customer segments.
• Support sales with market insights and value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, ERA, TA, and regulatory teams.
• Present business performance to senior management with insights.
• Build scientific partnerships with KOLs in the Americas.
• Develop presentations for stakeholders and support sales strategies.
• Lead Waters at conferences and regulatory forums.
• Travel domestically and overseas (~25%).
