Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate banking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; CPA certification preferred.
• Industry knowledge with ability to structure deals, assess credit risk and manage large client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of relationship managers in the Emerging Middle Market group.
• Grow market share and drive new client acquisition within assigned geography.
• Manage high‑value client portfolios, driving cross-selling, retention and profitability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across client engagements.
• Represent the bank at industry forums and cross‑functional committees; develop and execute market strategies.
