Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management with sales metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Credit qualifications and knowledge per portfolio requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth through business development and management of key client relationships.
• Structure high-value, complex deals and oversee credit approvals.
• Drive cross-selling and client engagement to increase revenue and profitability.
• Represent bank at industry forums and align strategies with leadership.
