The role sits on the Client Growth team and will lead marketing and business development programs to support the Texas market, acting as a connector and strategist for office managing partners and practice leaders.

You will build brand awareness, foster lawyer and client engagement, drive opportunities with local organizations, and help translate market insights into growth

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of marketing, business development and/or sales experience in a professional services firm or closely related environment.
• MBA or similar graduate degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of the global marketplace for professional services.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and set market development strategy.
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development programs to support Texas market growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to office managing partners and client growth teams.
• Identify opportunities and build initiatives linking firm solutions to client needs.
• Drive partnerships with local organizations and events to increase visibility.
• Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals where applicable.
• Measure initiatives and report results regularly.
