Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior Market Access data strategy lead to execute data strategies across Immunology, Neuroscience & Specialty portfolios. You will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Market Access Strategy, Digital Lab, Analytics and external partners to drive planning, procurement, and governance of payer and health system information systems.

You will lead teams to analyze business processes, elicit requirements, test solutions, and provide strategic guidance on technology choices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 8 years’ experience.
Master's Degree with 7 years’ experience.
PhD with 3 years’ experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Deep knowledge of data management disciplines including Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Visualization, and Big Data Platforms.
Experience with Data Lake architecture, big data technologies, and AI.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers, BSCs and BSAs to analyze business processes and document requirements.
Develop information management strategies aligned with Market Access goals and drive significant improvement programs.
Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional policies and data/privacy requirements.
Foster relationships with Brand, Market Access, Patient services and Finance partners to enable successful implementation.
Manage third-party agreements and data contracting with Legal and Purchasing teams.
