Anduril Industries is seeking a leader to own the Vehicle System development for a new maritime product, guiding cross-functional teams from concept to production.

You will partner with program leadership, other Anduril product lines, and external vendors to tie requirements to customer inputs and ensure traceability to technical decisions, while mentoring senior engineers toward platform leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, CS or Engineering.
• Extensive engineering experience across domains/technologies.
• Experience as a project lead managing diverse disciplines.
• Experience with product-level planning from prototype to production.
• Ability to triage issues in a fast-paced product org.

Responsabilités

• Own vehicle system development and interfaces to achieve program requirements.
• Manage schedule and budget for vehicle system across generations.
• Lead technical performance and adherence to design principles.
• Escalate and resolve technical decisions with the Maritime Chief Engineer.
• Mentor senior engineers toward platform leadership.
