Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Fleet Integration Manager for our maritime team. The role combines hands-on test engineering with leading fleet integration, translating maritime operating experience into robust test plans and demonstrations.

You will bridge engineering and fleet, identify gaps between platforms and fleet procedures, and support integration, tests, and customer engagements. Travel up to 50% and offshore operations are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience operating unmanned or manned surface vessels at sea and translating that into test scenarios.
• Strong understanding of test planning, requirements, and reporting in a field environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time, including offshore operations, with security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for development, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Bridge between engineering and fleet during integration, testing, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with fleet units and customers to capture requirements for payload and system integration.
• Document test reports and evaluation findings for internal and customer-facing use.
• Support sea testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting of surface maritime platforms.
