Anduril Industries seeks a highly experienced lead maritime test engineer to drive developmental testing of autonomous systems. You will plan, coordinate, and execute full system-level T&E for hardware and software, including shore and sea-based tests, with strong reporting to program leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in systems engineering, integration and testing.
• 5+ years as a lead test conductor/director for developmental systems (manned/unmanned sea-craft).
• Ability to quickly learn concepts, organize work, and solve complex problems.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and their application.

Responsabilidades

• Own, plan, and execute full system-level T&E of hardware and software for maritime systems.
• Lead shore and sea-based tests, investigate issues, and drive CAPA.
• Provide technical guidance to Field Operations and schedule events.
• Establish test campaigns, gates, milestones, and reporting cadence.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate payloads and ensure platform readiness.
• Embed in cross-functional teams through design, integration, and test efforts.
• Participate in design reviews, requirements analysis, and system verification planning.
• Lead a team to perform lab, shore, and sea tests and document results.
