Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer for the Maritime team to lead testing across surface platforms. You will integrate subsystems, develop test plans, perform development and acceptance tests, and analyze data to ensure systems meet requirements.

Travel up to 30% and operate in a fast-paced defense environment. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to validate sensors, navigation, autonomy software, and payload interfaces, ensuring robust mission readiness and compliance

Qualifications

5+ years in systems engineering, integration and test.
Experience generating TRRs, Test Plans, Procedures and Reports.
Familiar with mechanical, software, electrical concepts and control theory.
Experience in field test and operational environments.
Able to read engineering drawings and use basic test equipment.

Responsibilities

Support integration of subsystems into a complete surface platform.
Lead testing efforts and ensure performance meets specs.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for development, integration, and acceptance testing.
Build and maintain a test/evaluation program compliant with standards.
Travel up to 30% for test planning and execution.
Document operational tests and analyze data for customers.
