Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Senior Program Manager for maritime programs delivering critical capabilities to defense and OEM clients. You will guide planning, development, and delivery of mechanical actuation devices for surface and subsurface fleets, engaging Newport News Shipbuilding and the U.S.

Navy. You will manage relationships with suppliers and customers, drive proposals, and lead cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in defense sector.
• Strong grasp of financial metrics and reporting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Navy and OEM customers and suppliers.
• Deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Present status and actions to executives and customers.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, finance, pricing, contracts, and support.
• Manage program financials per PM processes and best practices.
• Align customer programs with strategic objectives.
• Support decision‑making in marketing, pricing, and execution of new opportunities.
