Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead maritime defense programs, coordinating with Navy and OEM customers to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

You will drive proposal development, manage program metrics, and lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, ISC, Finance, Pricing, Contracts, and Customer Support. Strong leadership and defense program experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in program management in defense.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Navy programs and supplier engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Navy and OEM customers and suppliers.
• Deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Present status and actions to Honeywell executives and customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Support.
• Manage and report program financials per PM processes.
