Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead defense and OEM maritime programs, including planning, development, and delivery of mechanical actuation devices. You will engage with Newport News Shipbuilding, the U.S.

Navy, and suppliers to drive proposals, execution, and financial performance. The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management or defense program experience.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Navy and OEM customers and suppliers.
• Deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Present program status, plans, and corrective actions to senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, ISC, Finance, Pricing, Contracts, and Customer Support.
• Manage and report program financials per PM processes and best practices.
• Align customer programs with strategic objectives.
• Support decision-making in marketing, pricing, contracting, and execution of new opportunities.
