Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years leading complex technical programs in design/manufacturing/defense environments.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program team with accountability for performance, schedule, cost, and profitability.
• Manage senior-level customer relationships and negotiations to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and program budget.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks while pursuing opportunities to improve performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
