• Familiarity with US practice codes (ASCE, ACI, PIANC) and port planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical teams, manage workstreams, budgets, and client interactions within Hatch’s governance framework.
• Perform marine structural engineering and design using established standards and client needs.
• Analyze data to support project objectives and produce technical reports and drawings.
• Lead proposals and business development materials; build client relationships.
• Mentor graduates and staff in port and marine competencies; support recruitment.
