Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Construction Manager for Ports & Terminals in Houston to lead overall construction planning, direction, organization, and budgeting. The role focuses on safety, quality, and schedule adherence across complex port projects with coordination among engineering, procurement, and project services.

You will drive constructability, manage work packages, permits, and interfaces while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Ports & Terminals experience is a must.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with codes, standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety planning for construction execution.
• Coordinate constructability and scheduling with project teams.
• Define and manage Construction Work Packages and interfaces with engineering/procurement.
• Review budgets, forecasts and schedules; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Liaise with client representatives and project core team for reporting and approvals.
• Develop site organization and staffing to meet project demands.
• Provide construction technical support across site functions.
