Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead Marine aftermarket services growth across the Remanufacturing Division.

You will align enterprise partners, translate market needs into executable service strategies, and drive incremental growth with a focus on value-based solutions. The role requires 10+ years in power/energy or aftermarket sectors, deep Marine knowledge, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Power & Energy or aftermarket commercial, product support, or engineering roles.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Marine customer segments.
• Proven ability to drive growth through cross-enterprise collaboration and indirect influence.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience aligning strategy to execution in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer, dealer, and market insights into executable services strategies.
• Strong business acumen with experience supporting growth initiatives, new service introductions, and enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive services growth through Cat Reman solutions by aligning enterprise partners, translating market needs into executable strategies, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes for the Marine business.
• Lead enterprise alignment with Remanufacturing Division, Marine leadership, Product Support, Sales Execution, Distribution Services, Cat Digital, and Dealer network.
• Develop Marine services growth strategies leveraging Cat Reman products, repair options, and lifecycle solutions.
• Coordinate go-to-market plans with Marine sales execution teams, Cat Dealers, and enterprise partners.
• Monitor governance and performance of service initiatives and report risks and opportunities to leadership.
