Job summary

Caterpillar Marine is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Engineer to identify and implement strategic supply chain improvements for the marine division. You will support dealers and Territory Sales Managers, driving alignment between sales and factory capacity while leading collaborative partnerships.

Responsibilities include analyzing data to prioritize opportunities, leading S&OP processes, and hosting regular Demand and Supply meetings with the marine commercial team.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required or desired.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead implementation of integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements.
• Establish and strengthen linkages with business partners and internal functions.
• Lead data analysis to identify opportunities for cost-effective supply chains and inventory utilization.
• Provide Assurance of Supply support for marine Territory Sales Managers and dealers.
• Lead Dealer S&OP meetings to align sales pipeline with factory availability.
• Host weekly Demand and Supply meetings with the marine commercial team.
