Orion is seeking a Marine Construction Supervisor to oversee ongoing marine project operations on our barges and worksites in the Tampa area. You will supervise Foremen and crews, plan activities, ensure safety, and coordinate across trades to meet deadlines.

The role requires at least seven years of marine construction experience on work barges, strong leadership, and certification in First Aid and CPR. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of seven (7) years marine construction experience on a work barge or equivalent supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of integration of various crafts including piledriving, crane operations, welding, carpentry, sandblasting, pipefitting.
• Must have supervisory experience and be certified in First Aid and CPR.

Responsabilités

• Oversee completion of current marine construction projects.
• Plan and schedule work activities with Foremen for movement of floating rigs, excavation, foundations, steel, piping, and testing.
• Monitor time schedules to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Assist in hiring, firing, advancement, and promotion decisions.
• Train new workers in use of equipment and tools and ensure safe work practices.
