Qualifications

• Experience with pile driving, crane operations, welding, and related crafts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of marine construction projects.
• Ensure proper permits are in hand before activities.
• Receive and handle material and equipment for operations.
• Drive pilings for various structures and ensure compliance with safety codes.

Skills

Basic functions of diesel, air, hydraulic, and drop pile hammers

Read and interpret blueprints or site plans for piledriving work

General knowledge of construction rigging

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license
