Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling bodily injury liability claims with marine exposure.
• Strong knowledge of case law, statutes, and procedures affecting claims value.
• Proactive investigation and risk transfer abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle liability claims to achieve optimum payout fairly and expeditiously.
• Assess coverage issues and issue coverage letters and documentation.
• Complete timely investigation of claims and post reserves.
• Address indemnity and additional insured issues.
• Handle claims in accordance with Best Practices and resolve timely outcomes.
• Travel to mediations, settlements, or trials when warranted.
