Orion is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead self-perform marine construction and heavy civil projects across the Pacific Region. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and profitability while managing Project Managers and field leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible construction experience in self-perform marine construction and heavy civil infrastructure.
• Proven experience providing executive oversight of multiple concurrent projects and project management teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with project financial management, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for complex marine and heavy civil projects in the Pacific Region.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and field leadership.
• Establish execution strategies to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
• Manage safety, budgets, schedules, and quality while ensuring contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with Regional VP, Area Manager, and other teams to meet regional objectives.
• Serve as Orion representative to owners, engineers, contractors, and authorities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
