Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a Value Stream Leader for the Precision Metal Fabrication Factory. You will lead the high-volume value stream across multiple cells and shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent with significant manufacturing/industrial engineering leadership experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

Typically requires: University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
Advanced Degree is preferred for related field leadership roles.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the high-volume value stream across multi-cell/multi-shift operations.
Drive safety, quality, schedule and cost performance with continuous improvement using CORE, Six Sigma and lean methods.
Collaborate with cross-business teams to meet organizational goals and deploy operations strategy.
