Job summary

Raytheon on-site in Andover, MA seeks a Value Stream Lead for the Precision Metal Fabrication Factory (Hardware). You will oversee the high-volume value stream, driving safety, quality, schedule and cost performance across multi-cell/multi-shift operations.

The role requires a university degree with 8+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering, or 5+ years with an advanced degree. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
Experience in manufacturing and/or industrial engineering with supervisory experience in aerospace/defense.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Execute to deliver commitments in the value stream.
Lead deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools, and metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee workforce forecasting, staffing budget oversight, area layout, unit hour performance, and flow management.
Identify and control overhead expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
