Job summary

Amgen seeks a Manufacturing Training Specialist – Manufacturing Support to lead technical training across ANC facilities. You will own qualification planning, readiness governance, and CAPA-driven improvement, partnering with Quality, Engineering, Validation and HR to drive 24/7 manufacturing readiness and startup success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on problem solving in a biotechnology environment.
• Experience with training development and facilitation.
• Experience owning and editing SOPs.
• Familiarity with deviation management systems and CAPAs.
• Project management skills with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills and sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Training and capability development across ANC-1 and ANC-2.
• Develop and execute the training strategy aligned with objectives.
• Create, implement and mature the Training Assignment Portfolio (TAP).
• Develop and maintain governance tools, metrics and reporting.
• Identify readiness risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Escalate and resolve issues threatening milestones or readiness.
• Lead Manufacturing Fundamentals Training programs.
• Serve as LMS migration training lead with cross-functional support.
• Own training-related CAPAs and ensure effectiveness.
• Coach personnel on GMP, operations excellence, and best practices.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Validation, and HR teams.
