Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training development and facilitation experience.
• Experience managing training programs in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the manufacturing training strategy and materials.
• Provide training for culture, SOPs, and on-floor instruction.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and manage investigations with quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve learning outcomes.
• Support requalification programs and maintain training records.
