Qualifications

5+ years experience in training program development and delivery.
Experience coordinating multiple training initiatives.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Experience with LMS and other training technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, OD, or related field.

Responsibilities
