Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years designing, administering, and delivering training programs.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with Lean/continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience with instructional design, learning technologies; CPTD/CLDP/CPLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee training and development programs that enhance performance, engagement, and skills.
• Partner with Operations, HR, leadership, and support functions to identify and implement learning improvements.
• Enhance onboarding programs to support a positive and effective new employee experience.
• Develop, track, and analyze training KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement training plans that align with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Manage and maintain training systems, records, and learning resources.
• Develop training materials and support trainers in delivering engaging learning experiences using adult learning methodologies.
• Evaluate current training practices and recommend innovative solutions that improve workforce capability and career development.
