Job summary

Amperesand is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (Manufacturing) in Reno, NV. You will lead cross‑functional programs from concept through production, coordinating manufacturing engineering, mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, product, supply chain, and QA teams.

You will own scope, schedules, risk management, and delivery quality across multi‑phase roadmaps, driving process design, line validation, and ramp readiness. On-site role with full attendance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years leading technical programs or engineering teams.
• Experience in manufacturing systems, production processes, or hardware products.
• Knowledge of DFM/DFA and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex manufacturing programs from concept through full-scale production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, product, supply chain and QA.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks and delivery quality.
• Drive line validation, production ramp, and change management.
• Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
