Amperesand, Inc. is seeking a Senior NPI Technical Program Manager in Reno to lead the transition of Solid State Transformer systems from design to scalable manufacturing.

You will drive build readiness, validate MBOMs, and partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations to ensure high-quality product launches. This role blends hands-on technical problem solving with cross-functional leadership to refine NPI processes, reduce costs, manage risks, and scale products for critical

Qualificações

• 7+ years of engineering/NP I experience in complex product environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Experience with product qualification, reliability testing and DFM/DFA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end NPI process including master build schedule and ramp.
• Contribute technical expertise to NPI builds and product readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Finalize MBOM accuracy and ensure factory readiness; coordinate with ERP/MRP systems.
• Drive NPI metrics (yield, cycle time, first-pass success, defect rates).
• Communicate build status and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop test strategies, reliability plans, and qualification activities.
