Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Senior Systems Validation Engineer to support testing and validation of vehicle electrical and electronic systems in simulated and laboratory environments, ensuring compliance with specifications.

You will develop test cases and validation plans, analyze results, document findings, and communicate risks and recommendations to engineering stakeholders while collaborating across cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret test results and identify issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on testing and validation of vehicle electrical and electronic systems in simulated environments.
• Execute defined test scenarios and validation activities per specifications.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and document findings clearly.
• Communicate test results, defects, risks, and recommendations to engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test procedures, and validation plans.
