Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with mechanical manufacturing processes, aerospace, automotive, etc.
• Familiarity with advanced composite materials and manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes and tooling for composite parts.
• Create and improve manufacturing instructions and specifications.
• Support production, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
