Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Systems Test Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of manufacturing test solutions for medium- to high-complexity products. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable test systems on schedule and within budget, while driving innovation.

You will mentor engineers, create test quotes and validation plans, and develop solutions using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead test development projects from concept through deployment.
• Architect electrical, mechanical, software, and system-level test solutions.
• Develop test quotes, schedules, validation plans, and technical documentation.
• Design and support ICT, MDA, Boundary Scan/JTAG, functional, ESS/HASS, and system test solutions.
• Develop solutions using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, Visual Basic, and related tools.
• Support DFT analysis, hardware/software debug, validation, installation, and production support.
• Partner with project managers and customers to communicate status, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Mentor engineers and technicians while leading smaller technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and engineering standards.
