Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Ten years of experience in test engineering leadership or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workcell team as a Lead Project Engineer and liaison with customer engineering staff.
• Develop and implement test practices, procedures, equipment and software for board testing.
• Assign engineers to workcells and monitor performance to drive improvements.
• Identify and evaluate test procedures and equipment for quality checks and process optimization.
• Provide training and mentoring to test engineers to sustain high performance.
• Ensure safety, security, and adherence to company policies in all activities.
