Job summary

Jabil is seeking a hands-on engineer to design, develop, and maintain testing procedures and tester hardware/software for electronic circuit board production. The role involves collaboration with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure reliable test coverage across products.

Under limited supervision, you will review designs, analyze failures, generate reports, and help drive continuous improvement while adhering to ISO/QS development standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and write reports.
• Strong mathematical and statistical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to define problems and analyze data.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on a manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Review circuit board designs for testability and support manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software.
• Lead engineering activities for testing equipment procurement, installation, and calibration.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports for test engineering.
• Provide training to production testing staff as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
