Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a college or university; five to ten years experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.
• Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II; coach staff and monitor turnover to improve retention.
• Develop and validate training curricula; mentor Test Engineers to deliver excellence to customers.
• Establish measurable goals and respond to performance metrics; drive continuous improvement in operations and costs.
• Coordinate with managers and teams to ensure timely execution of test plans and customer liaison.
