Job summary

Jabil seeks a Lead Software Test Development Engineer to drive validation test solutions for server hardware manufacturing. You will design test systems, develop automated test software, and sustain test infrastructure across facilities.

You will partner with hardware, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet Jabil’s high standards, supporting production deployments and data-driven quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in EE/CE/CS or related field.
• 5-8 years in software for manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server/storage/networking.
• Experience with server hardware interaction, validation and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test systems and procedures for hardware validation.
• Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts.
• Maintain documentation for test procedures and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, and QA teams across sites.
