Job summary

EnerSys is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician III to support the production of complex products and power circuitry. The role collaborates with operations and engineering in a fast-paced, technically demanding setting, requiring hands-on problem solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of IPC-610 soldering standards and practices.
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic troubleshooting of CCAs/PCBAs.
• Ability to read and understand schematics.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Active IPC-610 or IPC-620 certification (preferred).
• Experience with diagnostic and lab equipment including DMMs, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Solder, assemble, test, and inspect prototypes and released products.
• Help create SOPs, test procedures, and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot, identify root cause, perform rework and repairs.
• Troubleshoot CCAs/PCBAs and electromechanical assemblies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
• Communicate clearly to achieve team objectives.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow traceability requirements.
