Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems Inc. seeks a Facilities Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and building systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with production teams, contractors, and safety personnel to ensure uptime and compliance with ITAR and internal standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and building infrastructure.
• Coordinate with production teams and contractors to complete maintenance projects.
• Ensure a safe and productive work environment and comply with company policies.
