Qualifications

Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Expert knowledge of IPC-610 soldering standards and practices.
Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
Basic troubleshooting of CCAs/PCBAs.
Ability to read and understand schematics.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Perform soldering, assembly, testing, and inspection of prototypes and released products.
Assist in creating SOPs, test procedures, and safety procedures.
Conduct troubleshooting, root-cause identification, rework, and repair.
Perform basic troubleshooting of PCBAs and complex troubleshooting of electromechanical assemblies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
Communicate clearly and respectfully to achieve team objectives.
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow AS9100 traceability requirements.
Coordinate tasks with peers and provide training when required.
