Job summary

Precision Power Solutions (PPS), a division of EnerSys, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Technician III Lead to guide our skilled manufacturing team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This role emphasizes hands-on soldering, assembly, testing, and process improvement while leading the shop floor to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities, and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical equivalent required.
Experience leading or mentoring technicians.
IPC-610 soldering knowledge strongly preferred.
Ability to read schematics and interpret technical drawings.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing technicians and ensure safe, efficient production.
Coordinate daily tasks and align with schedules and priorities.
Collaborate with Supply Chain for material readiness.
Identify bottlenecks and escalate as needed to maintain flow.
Create visuals and reports on progress for management.
Mentor staff and conduct performance reviews.
