Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Manufacturing Technician III to drive operational excellence in medical device manufacturing. You will own complex production processes, perform preventive maintenance, and act as a key technical resource on the floor on first shift.

Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Candidates will perform full production line setups, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and help ensure product quality,

Qualifications

3+ years of technician experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
High School Diploma or vocational/technical education or certification.
Medical Device experience and familiarity with a regulated environment.
Able to work in a cleanroom.
GMP, GDP, and laboratory practices familiarity.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance activities: component replacement, alignment calibration, and system diagnostics.
Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for escalations and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
Serve as go-to resource on the production floor for equipment-related quality inquiries.
Communicate with Quality to ensure staff follow quality protocols.
Support Process Validations and Engineering Trials: validations, tooling qualifications, design changes.
Champion Safety and 5S Standards: enforce safety guidelines and housekeeping.
Interface with Production Supervisors, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to meet goals.
Lead or participate in root cause investigations and drive continuous improvement.
