Job summary

Boston Scientific is hiring for a technician role focused on manufacturing support in a regulated environment. You will work onsite to support pilot and production lines, assist engineering with equipment and tooling, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires at least 2 years of technician experience, familiarity with GMP and cleanroom practices, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of technician experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience with medical device products and regulated environments strongly preferred.
• Familiar with GMP, GDP and standard laboratory practices.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support the equipment and process status for pilot and production lines for new products.
• Provide support for engineering initiatives, projects, and sustaining manufacturing operations.
• Assist engineering in equipment and tooling development and assembly.
• Train assemblers and other associates as needed.
• Initiate purchase orders and document change orders.
