Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of equipment maintenance experience (certifications in lieu of experience considered).
• High School Diploma / degree / equivalent.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Calibration department and notify through CMMS on unscheduled work orders.
• Knowledge and experience with mechanical, electrical, PLC and computer interface equipment.
• Knowledge of quality systems and FDA regulation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Equipment Files.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled Equipment Preventative Maintenance for R&D and DV equipment.
• Collaborates with Engineers to release Equipment.
• Validate equipment and new processes.
• Maintain complex test equipment, train staff on its operations, and schedule calibration or preventative maintenance.
• Identify vendors to acquire supplies, materials, equipment and tools for projects.
