Job summary

Boston Scientific in Michigan is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to build products by following established processes and meeting production goals. The role operates onsite five days per week with shifts starting 5:30 AM.

You will assemble, inspect, test, and support process improvements with engineers while ensuring accurate records and compliance. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in manufacturing or assembly, and be able to read English instructions and work

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in manufacturing and/or assembly.
  • Ability to read and understand English work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, repair, inspect and/or test products following instructions.
  • Work with engineers on process modifications and suggest improvements.
  • Set up and operate manufacturing machines following written English instructions.
  • Clean tools and equipment per instructions.
  • Record information on approved documents.
  • Dispose hazardous waste material as required.
  • Resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
  • Train other employees when necessary.
  • Maintain all certifications to stay in compliance.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
