Job summary

Boston Scientific in Michigan is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to build products by following established processes and meeting production goals. The role operates onsite five days per week with shifts starting 5:30 AM.

You will assemble, inspect, test, and support process improvements with engineers while ensuring accurate records and compliance. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in manufacturing or assembly, and be able to read English instructions and work

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of work experience in manufacturing and/or assembly.
Ability to read and understand English work instructions.

Responsibilities

Assemble, repair, inspect and/or test products following instructions.
Work with engineers on process modifications and suggest improvements.
Set up and operate manufacturing machines following written English instructions.
Clean tools and equipment per instructions.
Record information on approved documents.
Dispose hazardous waste material as required.
Resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
Train other employees when necessary.
Maintain all certifications to stay in compliance.
Work overtime as required.
Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
