Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a manufacturing professional to perform functions across operations, assist with setup/calibration, and conduct quality testing on parts and assemblies. You will work with engineers on process validation and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
• Electrical experience evaluating, testing, building, troubleshooting, and repairing PCBA boards.
• Robotics/Automation equipment support experience.
• Allen Bradley PLC Training or OSHA 30 completion.

Responsibilities

• Observes and complies with safety rules and regulations (including QSE and ISO Standards).
• Participates in the MRB decision process and ensures quality compliance.
• Installs and validates equipment and processes to improve yield and reduce cycle time following validated procedures.
• Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures.
• Mentors others in best safety practices and drives continuous improvement.
