Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a manufacturing professional in the Minneapolis area to support various production operations, including set-up, calibration, rework and quality testing of parts and assemblies. You will work with engineers to develop methods to control or modify the manufacturing process and participate in experiments.

The role is onsite, five days per week, with relocation and visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 6 years with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience

Responsibilities

• Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations (including QSE and ISO Standards).
• Participates in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision process. Complies with all Boston Scientific quality requirements and procedures.
• Owns and delegates corrective, preventive and calibration maintenance tasks. Installs and validates equipment and processes in the production area to improve yield and/or reduce cycle time following the established validation procedure.
• Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures.
• Challenges existing norms and finds new ways to drive continuous improvement. Proven experience of execution on project timelines with high business impact.
